I am having difficulty logging in, what should I do?

To log in to Moneybase on the app or on the website, you will need your registered mobile number, your personal 4 digit passcode, and the one time 6 digit code you receive by SMS. These same details work for both the app and a web browser.


If you do not remember your passcode, you can reset it from the passcode screen in the Moneybase app by following the on screen instructions. If you are still unable to reset your passcode, please contact our support team on +356 25 688 688 or chat with us via the app.


If you are trying to access a Moneybase business account and have lost access, we will need a signed change of user form for the business account. If you have already submitted the form and you can log in but cannot switch to the business account, please contact our support team on +356 25 688 688 or chat with us via the app.
