I want to close my Moneybase account

There is no charge for keeping your Moneybase account open, even if it's not in use. We generally recommend keeping your account active, as setting up a new one with the same mobile number may require additional verification steps and time.

If you still wish to close your account, you can do so through the app. Go to the settings section and select the option to close your account. This will start the closure process.

Please ensure any remaining balance is withdrawn and any pending transactions are completed before requesting account closure.
