I have a new device or I am switching to a different device

When you log in from a new or different device, we run enhanced security checks to keep your account safe. 


In most cases you will be able to log in as normal, without any interruption. If the new device is flagged, you will see in app guidance explaining the next steps, and you may be asked to contact our support team, go through the authentication process and confirm the device switch.
