Security measures we provide


Customisable card controls

You can tailor your card settings directly in the app. Switch off features like online payments, swipe, contactless, or ATM withdrawals when not in use. This limits exposure and reduces the risk of unauthorised transactions.


Facial recognition

You can enable biometric login, such as Apple Face ID or Android face authentication, for faster and more secure access to your account. We recommend activating this feature for added protection.


Disposable virtual cards

In addition to physical cards, you can generate single-use virtual cards for online payments. After each use, you can delete the card and create a new one. This makes it virtually impossible for the card to be reused by anyone else.


Real-time anti-fraud monitoring

Our platform uses continuous monitoring and alerting tools to detect and block suspicious activity. This allows us to respond immediately, even if your account were compromised.

When making online purchases, you will receive a push notification asking you to confirm or reject the transaction in the app. Payments are only processed once you approve them.


Device and transaction alerts

You will receive notifications and emails for the following actions:

  • New device logins

  • New bank transfers

  • New card transactions
    Only one device is allowed per user, adding an extra layer of security.


PCI-certified infrastructure

Our systems are PCI compliant and fully encrypted, ensuring your financial data is processed and stored securely.
