You can update your residential address directly in the Moneybase app.
Update your address
Log in to the Moneybase app.
Tap your profile button in the top-left corner, showing your initials and name or account name.
Select Personal details.
Update your address and submit the changes.
When prompted, upload a valid Proof of Address document to complete the change.
Why might I need to update my address?
Your personal details should be kept up to date. Moneybase may also contact you from time to time to request updated documentation or clarify your address details as part of regulatory requirements.
