How do I upload my Identity Document?

You can upload your identity document using either the Moneybase app or the web version. Follow the steps below based on your preferred method.

Using the Moneybase app:

1. Open the Moneybase app

2. Tap Upload Identity Document on the home screen

3. On the next screen, tap Continue

4. Choose the type of accepted document you want to upload

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process

Using the web version:

1. Visit www.moneybase.com and log in

2. Click Upload Identity Document

3. You will be directed to the Verify your Identity screen

4. Click Continue

5. Select the type of document you would like to upload

6. On the next screen, choose Continue on your phone

7. Click Get Secure Link

8. A QR code will appear. Scan it with your phone to complete the upload
