If you need to update your address, this can be done easily through the Moneybase mobile app.
Log in to the app
Tap on the "More" tab at the bottom right
Select "Personal details" and update your address
After submitting your new address, the app will prompt you to upload a valid proof of address document to complete the update.
From time to time, we may also request updated documentation to meet regulatory requirements or clarify account details.
