Do you offer joint accounts?

Yes, you can open a joint Moneybase account with a partner, friend, or family member.

To get started, each person must already have an active personal Moneybase account, as joint accounts are added on top of individual accounts.

To request a joint account, please contact us by email and include all account holders in the message. We’ll then reach out to each person to confirm the request. Once everyone has confirmed, our onboarding team will begin setting up the account.

As part of the process, we’ll send you an account opening form. This must be signed by all parties and returned to us by email or by hand. Once we receive the completed form, we’ll activate the joint account.

This process usually takes 2 to 3 working days.

Once your joint account is set up, you’ll be able to switch between your personal and joint accounts in the app. Each account holder can also have their own card linked to the joint account.
