Yes, you can open a joint Moneybase account with a partner, friend, or family member.
What do I need before opening a joint account?
Each person who will be a joint account holder must already have an active personal Moneybase account.
How do I request a joint account?
If all joint account holders already have an active Personal Moneybase account, send a new email to support@moneybase.com, copying all joint account holders.
In the email, include a line confirming that you would like to open a Moneybase joint account together.
Our onboarding team will then create the joint profile. This normally takes up to 3 working days.
What is the account opening process?
Once the joint profile has been created, our onboarding team will send you an account opening form for all joint account holders to sign.
Return the fully signed form by email or hand it in at one of our branches.
Once we receive the signed form, we’ll activate the joint account and confirm when it’s ready to use.
How do I access my joint account?
Once your joint account is set up, you’ll be able to switch between your personal and joint accounts in the app. Each account holder can also have their own card linked to the joint account.
