How do I change my phone number linked to my moneybase?

If you still have access to your exisiting number, you can change your phone number directly through the Moneybase app.

1. Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner, showing your initials and name or account name.
2. Select Personal details.
3. Tap the pencil icon and enter your new phone number.

For security, you will need access to your existing phone number, as we will send a verification prompt to your existing number to confirm the change.

If you no longer have access to your existing number, we will need to verify your identity.

If you are in Malta, please visit one of our branches in person with a valid photo ID, such as an ID card or passport.

If you are currently outside Malta, you can call us on +356 25 688 688 or email us at support@moneybase.com to arrange an online verification, such as a secure video call where you can show your ID.
