What can I use the search for?
 You can use the search to look up:

• Payments
• Beneficiaries
• Investment instruments
  
  

How do I search for payments?
 Type in your search term (e.g. name, amount, or reference). The top 3 matching transactions will appear, and you can expand to view the full list.

How do I search for beneficiaries?
 Simply type the beneficiary’s name or details in the search. You can then:

• Open their profile to view payment history
• Send them a new payment directly
  
  

Can I search for investment instruments?
 Yes. The investment search allows you to view the full list of instruments, not just a limited selection.

Wallet Statement

How do I view transaction details from my Wallet Statement?
 Open your Wallet Statement and click on any transaction. This will open the full transaction details, including:

• Date and type
• Beneficiary details
• Amount and status

Can I download proof of payment?
Yes. From the transaction detail view, you can download the Transaction Report (Proof of Payment). This is available even for transactions not shown in the Recent Activity widget.

Where can I access these features?

These features are available on web desktop only, for both retail and business customers.
They are not currently available on the mobile app.
