If you see multiple charges for the same transaction, start by contacting the merchant to request a cancellation or refund of the duplicate payment.
If one of the charges is still showing as “processing” in the Moneybase app, it may automatically be reversed if the merchant does not claim it. Pending transactions can take a few days to settle or drop off.
If the duplicate charge remains after a few days or the merchant is unresponsive, please contact our support team for further assistance.
