How do I block my Moneybase card?

You can permanently block your physical Moneybase card directly from the Cards section of the Moneybase app.

Please note: Virtual cards cannot be blocked. If you want to permanently remove your virtual card, you can delete it instead. For instructions, see How do I delete my Moneybase virtual card?.

How to block your physical card

1. Open the Moneybase app.
2. Go to Cards.
3. Select the physical card you want to block.
4. Tap Freeze.
5. Select Block physical card.
6. Review the message displayed in the app and confirm your action.

Important to know

• Your card must be frozen before you can permanently block it.
• Blocking your physical card is permanent. Once blocked, it cannot be used again.
• If your card is lost or stolen, freeze it immediately. You can order a replacement card in the app or contact our Support Team through the in-app chat for assistance.
