Freezing my card

You can freeze your Moneybase card any time if you are not using it, or if it is lost or stolen. Freezing stops new payments and cash withdrawals. Any transactions that were already approved before you froze the card may still be processed.


To freeze your card, open the app, tap Cards, select the card, then tap Freeze card. The status will show as frozen. You can unfreeze it in the same place when you are ready to use it again.


If your card is lost or stolen, freeze it immediately, remove it from any digital wallets, and consider filing a report with the local authorities. Then order a replacement card in the app or message us in the in-app chat and we will help you with the replacement.
