How do I delete my Moneybase virtual card?

You can permanently delete your Moneybase virtual card directly from the Cards section of the Moneybase app.

How to delete your virtual card

1. Open the Moneybase app.
2. Go to Cards.
3. Select the virtual card you want to delete.
4. Make sure the card has at least one transaction, as it needs to be activated before it can be deleted.
5. Tap Freeze.
6. Select Delete.
7. Review the message displayed in the app and confirm your action.

Important to know

• Your virtual card must be frozen before you can delete it.
• Your virtual card must have at least one transaction before it can be deleted, as it needs to be activated first.
• Deleting your virtual card is permanent. Once deleted, it cannot be used again.
