What currencies are supported for card spending?

You can use your Moneybase card to make payments and withdraw cash from ATMs in any currency supported by Mastercard.

Supported currencies

If you hold a balance in any of the currencies listed below, your card payment can be settled directly from the corresponding currency wallet, provided you have sufficient funds available.

How your card payments are settled

Your card payments are processed according to the transaction currency and the available balances in your wallets.

• Sufficient funds in a supported currency: If you have enough funds in the wallet matching the transaction currency, the payment will be deducted directly from that wallet without currency conversion.

• Insufficient funds in a supported currency: If the matching currency wallet does not have enough funds to cover the payment, an automatic currency exchange will take place using the wallet with the highest available balance to complete the transaction.

• Spending in an unsupported currency: If the transaction is made in a currency that is not supported for direct card settlement, an automatic currency exchange will take place using the wallet with the highest available balance. The transaction will be processed subject to sufficient funds being available.

Please ensure you have sufficient funds available in your wallets to cover your card payments. If currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will apply.
