If your card has stopped working, please confirm the following:


  • You have activated it in the app when you first received it. 
  • You have enabled the Card Security permissions. You can check this by going into the Moneybase app and selecting Security in the cards section. 
  • You have not accidentally frozen the card. You can check this by going into the Moneybase app and selecting cards.
  • If you are using it online, ensure that your card details are correct (Card No, Expiry date and CVV).


In the case that your card is physically damaged or has worn out, you can order a replacement card from the app. A fee may apply and the estimated delivery date will be provided as soon as you confirm the order.
