How much will we receive, and when is the reward paid?

The reward amounts for you and your friend appear on your Referral Screen in the Moneybase app. Amounts can vary by campaign or user, so check the offer displayed to you.

Once the referral qualifies, the applicable rewards are credited to each person's Moneybase Personal account EUR wallet within 72 hours, including weekends. The friend must complete every qualifying step within 30 days of account registration.

If a reward has not arrived after 72 hours, check that all requirements shown on the Referral Screen were met, including the qualifying card purchases. You can then contact Moneybase Support through the app for help.

Rewards may be withheld or reversed in the circumstances set out in the promotion terms.
