When will I receive my cashback?

Cashback is paid every Monday morning.

Each payment covers eligible purchases that settled between Monday and Sunday of the previous week. 

Why hasn't my purchase appeared yet?

Card purchases first appear as pending before they are fully processed (settled).

Only settled purchases qualify for cashback.

If your purchase settles after Sunday's cut-off, it will simply be included in the following week's cashback payment.
