How do I freeze, unfreeze, or terminate a business card?

You can freeze a card temporarily, unfreeze it later, or terminate it if it is no longer needed.

  1. Go to the Cards section.
  2. Select the card you want to manage.
  3. Choose the action you need:
    • Freeze to temporarily disable the card
    • Unfreeze to enable it again later
  4. Terminate if the card is no longer required

Important to know:

  • Freezing is for temporarily disabling the card.
  • Unfreeze lets you use the card again later.
  • Terminate is for cards that are no longer needed.


If a card needs to be blocked urgently or you suspect misuse, please contact support immediately.
