Can I purchase an instrument that trades in another currency?

Yes. You can buy a stock, ETF, or fund that is priced in a different currency from your wallet balance.

If you do not hold that currency, the platform will convert the amount needed from your available balance at the time of execution so long as your euro balance covers the converted amount and any fees.

You will see the applied FX rate and any FX charge on your order or in your documents. If you prefer to fund in the trading currency, you can transfer money directly from your bank to the corresponding non-euro account shown in Moneybase and then place your order in that currency.

Remember that exchange rates affect your final return in euro. If anything is unclear, open the in-app chat and tell us what you want to buy and in which market, and we will point you to the right setting.
