I am waiting for my transfer to arrive

SEPA transfers to your Moneybase EUR IBAN are usually received on the same day if the transfer is made early in the morning.

If the payment was sent as SEPA Instant, it will be credited to your Moneybase account within seconds of being received by us.

Non-SEPA transfers typically take longer, usually up to 2 working days, as intermediary banks may be involved in the payment process. Please note that receipt of the funds also depends on when the sending bank initiated the transfer and the sending bank’s cut-off times.

Once the transfer is processed by your bank and received by Moneybase, we will aim to reflect it in your account as quickly as possible.

We process incoming bank transfers multiple times a day, and you will receive an email notification once the funds are posted to your account.

If the relevant timeframe has passed and your account has not yet been credited, you can:

• Request a transfer confirmation or proof of payment from the sending bank so we can help locate the transfer
• Confirm that the details on the proof of payment match the details on your Moneybase account
• Ask your bank to locate the transfer or initiate a payment tracer
