Moneybase does not charge for bank transfers, both incoming and outgoing. Therefore, if you received less money than you were expecting this is probably due to charges imposed either by the sending bank or one of the intermediary banks involved in the bank transfer process.

This is not uncommon in the case of non-SEPA transfers like USD and GBP.
