If you have successfully requested a refund from the merchant, the money normally takes between 5 - 30 days to arrive in your account. Once that happens we will update your statement and transaction feed. 

If the funds fail to arrive after 30 days, please contact the merchant directly to get an update on the situation. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to issue the refund ourselves.
