It can take up to 2 days for funds to be deposited in your Moneybase account following a bank transfer. 

If you sent money to your EUR from a European bank using a SEPA transfer, the transfer can take anywhere from 3 hours to 2 days.

We process bank transfer collections very frequently, so if the bank you are using to send funds from is efficient and you sent the bank transfer first thing in the morning this should arrive on the same day. 

If an incoming bank transfer sent your Moneybase account on your personal IBAN takes more than 2 working days please contact us.
