What benefits do Moneybase Club members receive?

Moneybase Club members receive benefits based on whether they are in the Select, Premier or Elite tier.

Benefits may include:

A Personal Account Manager
Wealth Management Meetings
Access to a High Limit Card
Enhanced cashback
Trading fee discounts
Currency exchange fee discounts
ATM withdrawal fee discounts
Access to selected Moneybase Club offers

When do my benefits start?

Your benefits begin from the date we notify you that you have qualified for a Moneybase Club tier.

Benefits are only available while you remain an active member of the relevant tier. They may change or stop if you move to another tier, leave Moneybase Club or your membership is suspended or terminated.

Can I transfer my benefits?

No. Moneybase Club benefits are personal to you. They cannot be:

Transferred to another person
Assigned to another account holder
Exchanged for cash unless the applicable rules specifically allow it

Do the benefits cost anything?

No. There is no fee to join Moneybase Club, remain a member or use the benefits provided under the programme.

Are the benefits investment advice?

No. Moneybase Club benefits are loyalty rewards. They are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy, hold or sell an investment.

You remain responsible for your investment decisions.

Investment transfer offer

Select, Premier and Elite members may also have access to selected Moneybase Club offers, including offers relating to the transfer of eligible investments to Moneybase.
