Moneybase Club is our loyalty and rewards programme for eligible customers who hold a qualifying balance with Moneybase.
Moneybase Club has three membership tiers:
- Select, the entry tier
- Premier, the middle tier
- Elite, the highest tier
Your tier is determined by your qualifying balance, which includes eligible cash and investment holdings across your Moneybase retail accounts.
Membership is free and automatic. You do not need to apply, register or opt in. Once you qualify for a tier, we will notify you through the app, push notification or email.
Depending on your tier, benefits may include:
- Priority Customer Care
- A Personal Account Manager
- Wealth Management Meetings
- Access to a High Limit Card
- Enhanced cashback
- Discounts on selected Moneybase fees
- Access to selected Moneybase Club offers
You can choose whether to use each benefit, but you cannot opt out of Moneybase Club membership while you qualify.
