Cashback is available across all currencies however it is credited to your Euro account every Monday, covering purchases made the previous Monday to Sunday.

Please bear in mind that card transactions must settle at Mastercard first, and there is a delay between when you make a card payment and when the cashback for that transaction is paid. This is normal and you will receive payment when the transaction settles with Mastercard. Settlement is usually can take anywhere between 1 day 30 days.
We are working on adding cashback details for every transaction in the moneybase app and on our web portal.
If for any reason your transaction is reversed we will also reverse the cashback.
Please note that some categories do not earn cashback: ATM withdrawals and cash, money transfers and payment services, gambling and betting, fines and government payments, and postal services.
