You can request and download Cost & charges report from both the Moneybase web platform and mobile app.
On the Web
- Log in to your Moneybase account
- Scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu
- Click Reports
- Click ‘Fees and charges’
- Under ‘Investments’, select ‘Cost & charges’
- Choose your report year
- Submit your request
On your Mobile
- Log in to your Moneybase app
- Tap More (bottom right)
- Select Reports
- Click ‘Fees and charges’
- Under ‘Investments’, select ‘Cost & charges’
- Choose your report year
- Submit your request
We will send an email to your registered email address with a download link. The link is available for 24 hours.
