You are able to transfer funds to your bank accounts, third parties or companies, from the main menu of your Moneybase App.

Simply click on 'Pay', and select ‘New’ to add the beneficiary details. If you have previously transferred funds to the same beneficiary, select the 'Search by Contact' bar, and select ‘Accounts’. Here you may select the beneficiary from your saved list.

Select the currency and enter the amount.

For non-SEPA transfers, the following also applies:

* When making a non-SEPA transfer, and the receiving bank falls outside the EEA, you can choose between two available payment charge types:  'Shared (SHA)' and 'Originator (OUR)'

Shared (SHA)
When selecting the "Shared" payment option, the cost of the payment is divided between you and the recipient: you pay your bank's fees, and the recipient pays theirs. As part of our product launch we are currently waiving your portion of the fee. This means that with the "Shared" option, your bank transfer is free, while the recipient will be responsible for covering their bank's fees.

Originator (OUR)
By selecting the "Originator" payment option, you cover both your bank's fees and the recipient's bank fees. The total cost for this option is €17.50, which includes both sets of fees.

* When sending a non-SEPA transfer , and the receiving bank falls within the EEA the payment charge type will be 'Shared (SHA)'.

Shared (SHA)

The "Shared" payment fee divides the cost between you and the recipient: you pay your bank's fees, and the recipient pays theirs. However, we have eliminated your portion of the fee. This means that with the "Shared" option, your bank transfer is free, while the recipient is responsible for covering their bank's fees.

Cross-border payments are typically successfully completed within a timeframe of 24 hours, although this may vary depending on the specific circumstances of the transaction, including the currency, also because it is not uncommon for intermediary banks to be involved in the payment process.

Remember that receipt of the money depends not only on when your request was initiated by the sending bank but also on the receiving bank's cut-off times and correspondent banking network.
