If your bank transfer was returned back to us by the recipient’s bank, we will ensure to reflect it back on your account as soon as possible. The speed with which we do this is unfortunately beyond our control and fully depends on the recipient’s bank.
You can rest assured that once received, we will credit the money back onto your account at the earliest.
If the returned transfer has not been reflected on your account within 7 business days from confirmation that the recipient bank has returned the money, feel free to contact our support team and we will guide you accordingly.
