There are two ways to send money from the Moneybase app:

Outward Bank Transfer

If you have sent funds to via a bank transfer, this can take up to 2 days in the case of local transfers. If the time period has passed, please contact our support team.

Person to Person Payment (P2P) - Moneybase User

If you sent money to another Moneybase user then the funds will be received immediately.  If this is not the case contact us.
