How much cash bonus can I receive?

Modified on Tue, 8 Sep at 5:45 AM

Your cash bonus is calculated as a percentage of the value of the eligible investments successfully transferred, accepted and settled in your Moneybase account.

The applicable rate depends on the type of investment transferred.

Investment typeCash bonus
Mutual funds0.50%
International shares and ETFs0.30%
Shares and bonds traded on the Malta Stock Exchange0.10%
International bonds0.10%
Money market funds0.10%

Example

If you transfer and settle €100,000 in eligible international shares, your cash bonus would be:

€100,000 × 0.30% = €300

If you transfer different types of investments, the appropriate rate will be applied separately to each category.

How is the value calculated?

For shares, bonds and ETFs, Moneybase will use the closing market price of each investment as at 22 December 2026.

For mutual funds, Moneybase will use the fund’s net asset value, or NAV, as at 22 December 2026.

Investments held in a currency other than euro will be converted to euro using the applicable exchange rate as at 22 December 2026.

The cash bonus is subject to the complete Investment Transfer Offer Terms and Conditions.
