Cashback is paid into your Moneybase cash wallet every Monday morning. Each payment covers the previous week, Monday to Sunday.
For a purchase to count toward a given week, it needs to have settled by 23:59 CET on the Sunday that ends that week. A purchase that settles after that point is counted toward the following week instead.
You receive one cashback payment each week, regardless of how many Moneybase cards you hold.
If it is Monday and last week's cashback has not appeared yet, check again later in the day before assuming something is wrong.
